방법론적 설명가능성 Methodological Explainability

과학은 설명가능성을 내포하는가?

논문화 가능한 생각은 과학적인가?

설명가능하지 않은 것은 비과학적인가?

Does science imply the explainability?

Is a thought scientific if it can be written as (academic) paper?
Is something inexplainable unscientifc?

 

나는 이분법적인 것을 좋아하지 않는다. 이분법적인 것은 세계의 복잡성을 표현하지 못한다. 설명가능성을 추구하지 않은 이유다. 복잡성을 이해하는데에 설명가능성을 추구함이 의미있으며, 최근에는 설명가능성을 통해서만 복잡성을 이해할 수 있다 생각하게 되었다.

I don't like the dichotomic explanations. They do not represent the complexity of the world. This is why I did not pursue the explainability. It is meaningful to aim for the Explainability as a methodological way. In these days I came to think the Explainability might be the only way through which we can understand the complexity.
